We moved into this community this August, which is a fantastic place. The staffs, especially their manager, Amarra, are very ... professional. Just give an example. The air-conditioner did not work yesterday, and I mailed the manager for help. It was already 5:30 pm, and the maintenance team fixed the air-conditioner before 6:00 pm. is always a high priority especially living in apartments. Juan the maintenance man that does most of my repairs on the apartments is top notch! He is always friendly and competent. He explains what happened if there’s anything I can do to prevent next time and what he’s going to do. The work Juan does is always quick and done well I have yet to have any problems. If like me maintenance is on your list of things you look for when apartment hunting then Camino del sol is highly recommend. The complex also seems to pride itself on its aesthetics as the place looks beautiful as well with palm trees and different plants year round. Camino del sol is a 10/10. Thank you Juan for all your hard work!

I am a new resident here at Camino Del Sol as of January 2nd 2021. The staff here is amazing. Michaela had worked with me ... from beginning Until the End beautiful sweet and knowledgeable of what she's doing excellent job and she made sure that my transmission was very successful and smooth. The manager Chris it was excellent very patient very kind very sweet and he too was very knowledgeable and assisting my transition to the smooth they are very beautiful good people and I would recommend anyone that wanted to to live here at Camino Del Sol. My neighbors are met and they are as well very nice and polite. I have lived at Camino del sol for just a little over a year now. I recently moved from Building 3 to Building 5. Chris is ... an amazing manager!!! He is always so kind and helpful whenever I need help. I highly recommend Camino del Sol. They offer incentives here and there to keep it fun. There was a contest to send a pic of your pet and have a chance to win a small gift. I sent a picture of my sweet girl Diamond and won (1) of the prizes. I appreciate that they do little things like this to keep the residents interested. Before Covid-19 hit they would have food trucks come to the parking lot. I thought that was a really neat thing. I have never lived at a complex where that was offered. I have lived at many complex over the last 15 years and have never had such a wonderful manager team as here. Beautiful facility, maintenance is excellent, location is accessible for all your conveniences. The manager has done a wonderful ... job, so many improvements. When I moved in some dogs barked a lot, my neighbors complained and I complained. Things got better! Now if dogs bark it is addressed and stopped. Most residents are considerate and it is quiet at Camino del Sol. However as we know there are always some people who think the rules do not apply to them, but here they do. Cute Place
I have really enjoyed this cute little place. It feels cozy and safe. The parking is a joke, and the trash pick up situation ... is really annoying, but I'll take this place over lots of other places for the value. Home Sweet Home
I have been living at this apartment complex for over a year now and it's been great! I attend UNT so it's a great location ... to the school and there are many food places around to eat. Grocery stores are nearby as well. The staff is really nice and will help with any problems or concerns you may have. The maintenance team is very helpful and will be quick to respond to your maintenance call. The noise level is very low and the community has very nice people in with cute animals. I have a dog and we visit the dog park often. Having two pools and laundry facilities are nice as well because you can change up the scenery if you want. I love living here. I have no complaints with my apartment. It can be hard to find parking sometimes but other than that ... I love it here. Haven't had any problems so far. I was worried about some of the Google reviews I read but none of them were true. I think those reviews are outdated and before they remodeled. Love the location too! I have lived here now for almost 3 months and aside from the struggles with parking, I absolutely love this complex! The ... staff is wonderful and so helpful and the apartment is beautiful! Great Apartment
We genuinely enjoy living here at Camino Del Sol. Any problems we've had living here has been fixed immediately and we really ... appreciate that the management staff when they take care of it quickly. The only issue that bothers us is how other people who live here aren't able to take care after their pets' waste. The only reason that bothers us is because when we have to park far late night and walk through the grass, we have to watch where we step constantly. But other than that, living here is great. Life at Camino Del Sol
We moved to Denton in April. Camino Del Sol was the first and only property we viewed and knew that this was 'home'. The ... amenities are wonderful, (full size washer/dryer hook-up are among our favs), the staff are AMAZING, and the location is prime for our places of employment.
